TOP GUN MAVERICK

Top Gun Maverick was a career highlight, working with the great Production Designer Jeremy Hindle.

It was a unique experience in that we worked closely with the US Navy, Skunkworks in the development of the Dark Star, all with the intent to create the most authentic flying sequences captured on film.

The shoot spanned the state of California, starting at the NASNI Navy base in Coronado where we built the Hard Deck Bar on the beach and shot the aircraft carrier sequences, then to the high desert to shoot the Dark Star and Hangar bits, and finished in Lake Tahoe in the winter for the final escape sequence.
